Very rare (WorldCat: 1 copy) first German edition of the collected artists' manuals by the Dutch author Willem Goeree. It combines the manuals by Willem Goeree on oil painting, drawing and watercolouring. These were originally published in Dutch as:

These individual manuals had already appeared in German shortly after their first Dutch publication, but a combined edition had not been made in German yet. The present first German collected edition by Friedrich Lanckischens Erben appears to have been a success because they published a second edition of this translation just a year later and another in 1750 and 1756.

Condition: Waterstained throughout at the bottom part. Browned. Cut slighty short with minor loss of text at the title-page only. Otherwise in good condition.
